Return and Exchange policy – Store credit only
Please read the following return policy before making a return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days for store credit only. Please include original invoice and original packaging when returning item(s).
Item(s) must have tags attached and be in new condition. No returns will be accepted on item(s) that have been worn, washed, altered, smell of smoke, other odors or have stains or pet hair. Item(s) returned in this condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving item(s). Store credit will be issued and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
Due to items selling quickly we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend returning the item and then purchasing the correct item.
Return shipping expense is customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you get tracking as we are not responsible for item(s) being returned.
Shipping is non refundable
Due to sanitary issues hats, hair accessories and earrings are not eligible for return.
Sale items and and clearance item(s) are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return at our discretion.
We carefully inspect and make sure each item(s) we send out is free of defects and is packaged well. If you feel you have received a damaged item(s) please contact us by email including pictures within 48 hours of receiving damaged item(s).
Please make sure to launder clothing per manufacture instructions.
